an old Russian Curly Horse
in New York?

Here is a scan of the picture I have. Back of the picture says they are Siberian
Wonder YAKOOTSH. The picture was taken in Syracuse NY not NYC. I can't find
a year, but other pictures with this one were taken in the early 1900's around
1918+/-.
